These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and juta9 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the juta9.win website and all services, games, and features provided therein.

By clicking the "Register" button, entering information into the registration form, or simply accessing and browsing the juta9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

To register and use juta9's services, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Is an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any agent, casino operator, or business intended to profit from our platform.

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) active account at juta9 at any one time. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as on your ID, an active phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for updating this information should any changes occur.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility and must not be shared with anyone.
• You must notify juta9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Juta9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a member sharing their login credentials.
• The KYC process requires a copy of a valid identity document and may include proof of current address.

Juta9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity before processing any withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary. This process is a standard security measure to protect all parties.

Juta9 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including inter-bank transfers among local banks and leading e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by selected payment method. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. juta9 does not charge any hidden fees for deposits.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the same name as on your juta9 account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depend on membership tier and selected payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the selected method. VIP members enjoy priority processing.
• If KYC verification is not yet complete, withdrawals may be delayed until the process is finalized.
• Juta9 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before processing large withdrawals as an anti-money laundering measure.

Juta9 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms that must be read and understood before acceptance. The following general terms apply to all bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover (turnover) requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be played through the specified rollover multiplier before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: In general, only one active bonus is permitted at any given time unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling the rollover requirement. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Withdrawal requests made before the rollover requirement is met will result in the associated bonus and winnings being forfeited.

• Any technical disruption on the user's device does not entitle a refund claim for wagers already processed by the server.
• Juta9 reserves the right to void any wager placed during a technical disruption on the platform's end and will refund the wager amount to the member's account.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed in the respective game information for members' reference.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any method to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.

To maintain fairness and security for all members, juta9 prohibits the following conduct:

• Registering more than one account by any means or method.
• Using another person's identity or providing false information during registration.
• Using software, scripts, or automated methods to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Transferring or selling an account to another party — juta9 accounts are non-transferable.
• Conducting any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing through the platform.
• Behaving in an offensive, threatening, or harassing manner toward juta9 staff or other members.

Juta9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the member.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the juta9 support team. Valid and withdrawable balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures once all verifications are complete.

The juta9 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. juta9 makes no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

Juta9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Internet service disruptions or technical issues on the user's device.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from decisions based on unverified third-party information.

The maximum total liability of juta9 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Juta9 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the juta9 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the juta9 management team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
